A doctor accused of raping two sedated patients was discovered dead in a ditch near his Florida home, police said. Deputies with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office were performing a welfare check for Dr. Eric Salata when they discovered his body on Monday. They responded to a wooded area near his home in Naples when his ankle monitor stopped detecting motion, according to a police report obtained by WINK-TV on Wednesday.
