Federal prosecutors and Joel Greenberg’s attorney today will present their cases before a judge on how much prison time the disgraced Seminole County Tax Collector should receive when he is sentenced Thursday. Greenberg is required to attend this morning’s pre-sentencing hearing before U.S. District Judge Gregory Presnell at the federal courthouse in downtown Orlando.
