Woman defends herself with concealed-carry gun, shoots would-be carjacker

A woman has shot a man who was allegedly trying to break into her vehicle in Chicago early Wednesday morning.The woman was also shot as she ran away from the would-be carjacker and three other men who were with him at the time the incident occurred, according to the Chicago Police Department.The 23-year-old woman, who has not been publicly identified, had a concealed-carry license and used her weapon to defend herself, police told Newsweek.
