Spike in Florida electricity bills isn’t done yet, utilities warn

It’s been a brutal year for skyrocketing power bills in Florida because of soaring costs for natural gas used as fuel to generate electricity. Orlando’s utility already has raised rates three times this year and will meet in December to consider another hike.
