Florida’s median home sale price reaches $401,990 in October

The industry group Florida Realtors last week released a report that said the statewide median sales price for single-family existing homes in October was $401,990. Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford area was tied for fourth with Cape Coral-Fort Myers at $425,000 for the month.
