The Hall of Fame on Monday unveiled the ballot it is mailing out to eligible voters in the Baseball Writers’ Association of America this week.There are 28 players, but probably not any new Hall of Famers, at least not this year.Of the 14 newcomers to the ballot, only Carlos Beltrán can make a good case for Cooperstown based on his accomplishments on the field.
