A Winter Park man accused of hitting cop with skateboard during the U.S. Capitol riot has pleaded guilty to assaulting law enforcement officers and disorderly conduct. Grady Douglas Owens, 22, was arrested last March in Winter Park on multiple counts regarding his involvement in the Jan. 6 riot.
