A recent report shows women started 49% of new businesses in the United States in 2021, up from 28% in 2019. Women worked hard to keep their businesses afloat during the pandemic, yet the issues of unequal pay, unequal funding, discrimination and other barriers keep them from following their passions. It is time for us to acknowledge women’s voices in the business world. This change starts with the women in our community supporting each other.... + full article
