House passes bill to solve Civil Rights Cold Cases

The House on Monday passed legislation to extend the existence of the Civil Rights Cold Case Records Review Board from four years to seven years. The review board was created in 2018 as part of the Civil Rights Cold Case Records Collection Act, introduced by Rep. Bobby L. Rush (D-Ill.) and former Sen.
