A man who claims to be an orphan from Ireland who’s never been to the United States is actually an American fugitive who faked his own death and fled to Scotland to escape rape allegations, a Scottish judge ruled Friday. The 35-year-old man, who claims his name is Arthur Knight, was arrested in December 2021 while undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at a hospital in Glasgow.
