Maine Voices: Steps Portland must take to improve workforce housing stock

It’s no surprise to anyone that there is a long-term workforce housing crisis in Portland. Folks who work here cannot afford to live here. That is bad for the workers who are forced to spend time and money on their daily commute and parking. It’s bad for the climate.
