A New York City Marathon runner collapsed Sunday after leading for much of the race, with two Kenyans, Sharon Lokedi and Evans Chebet going on to win. Brazil’s Daniel do Nascimento collapsed about six miles from the finish line. Lokedi, 28, from Kenya, was the women’s champion with a time of 2 hours, 23 minutes and 23 seconds.
