Orange County argues court ‘overlooked’ facts, law in rejecting rent control vote

A decision could come as soon as today from Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal, which granted Orange County a rehearing on a proposed rent-cap ordinance that the appellate court decided last week should be bounced from the Nov. 8 ballot.
