WARRINGTON, England (AP) — Papua New Guinea got on track for the Rugby League World Cup quarterfinals after dispatching the Cook Islands 32-16 on Tuesday.The Kumuls bounced back from losing to Tonga with a hard-fought victory over the Kukis.
