An Orange County man remained in the hospital Monday after deputies shot him following a Sunday night fight in which he was accused of attempting to kill his brother. Avery Bobby Williams, 38, is facing charges of attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery on a pregnant person, robbery and grand theft, according to an arrest affidavit.
