An 18-year-old woman was arrested Thursday in the shooting death of a 41-year-old man near downtown Orlando in late July, according to the Orlando Police Department. Police say Marqia Hamilton shot and killed Eloy Lebrón near Anderson Street and Jernigan Avenue July 23. Lebrón was found dead in his car that afternoon, an OPD spokesperson said.
