A Lady Lake man was booked into jail after a road rage incident Sunday that culminated when he was accused of pointing a Glock handgun in a neighbor’s face, according to an arrest report. The man charged, Mario Arteaga, 59, who has one leg and is disabled, told a deputy his neighbor may have mistaken his service dog’s electric collar remote control for a gun, the report said.
