It has started again. Infuriating. Why are extremely loud, pounding rock concerts allowed in the center of a dense residential neighborhood? Maine Craft Distillery has proven to be the worst neighbor to all of Munjoy Hill anywhere near Washington Avenue, insisting on blasting hours of rock music on Sunday, pounding right now, making any calm social interaction impossible for many blocks around.
