ISTANBUL — An explosion inside a coal mine in northern Turkey killed at least 28 workers and left more than a dozen others trapped inside, where a fire was still burning, officials said on Saturday.The blast on Friday evening inside a state-owned mine in the town of Amasra near the Black Sea coast was the worst mine disaster in Turkey in years.
