Woman tried twice for 2002 Kansas double murder released from jail

A Kansas woman whose double murder conviction was overturned in 2018 is no longer incarcerated, after more than a decade behind bars.Dana Chandler is now free on $350,000 bond while she in the 2002 murders of her ex-husband Mike Sisco, and his fiancée, Karen Harkness. Her second trial . She had been incarcerated since her arrest in 2011.Shawnee County Judge Cheryl Rios agreed Sept. 29 to allow Chandler to live with her nephew about 50 miles... + full article
