Memphis shooting spree suspect pleads not guilty to all charges

The Memphis teenager accused of terrorizing the city on a crosstown shooting spree pleaded not guilty Tuesday to 26 criminal charges. Ezekiel Kelly, 19, fatally shot Dewayne Tunstall, Richard Clark and Allison Parker on Sept. 7, according to investigators. Kelly is also accused of wounding three more people in the rampage that put the entire 650,000-person city under a shelter-in-place order.
