A 19-year-old woman was arrested Thursday on a manslaughter charge in a drive-by shooting that left a 41-year-old man dead, according an arrest affidavit. Jahria Caitlyn-Antoinette Shield, who also is facing a charge of shooting from a vehicle, is at the Orange County Jail without bond, records show.
