Activity in the U.S. manufacturing sector slowed by more than expected in the month of September but still saw continued growth, according to a report released by the Institute for Supply Management on Monday.The ISM said its manufacturing PMI fell to 50.9 in September from 52.8 in August, although a reading above 50 still indicates growth in the sector.
