A New Bedford man is facing larceny and witness intimidation charges after he allegedly scammed people seeking affordable housing and threatened to kill a community organizer earlier this year, authorities said Friday.Victor Tiu Lopez, 35, was indicted by a Bristol County grand jury on 11 counts of larceny over $1,200, four counts of larceny under $1,200, and two counts of witness intimidation, the attorney general’s office said in a... + full article
