Azurity Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is recalling one lot of Zenzedi CII (dextroamphetamine sulfate tablets, USP) 30 mg to the consumer level, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The recall was initiated due to a mislabeled package during manufacturing.
