Wells Fargo, Sun Life subsidiary Advantage Dental, and P10 unit Enhanced Capital Group disputed the state’s findings and admitted no wrongdoing in their settlement agreements, which were viewed by Barron’s and haven’t previously been made public.  The transactions occurred in 2013, before Sun Life acquired Advantage Dental and P10 bought Enhanced Capital.
