The man convicted in the notorious Starved Rock killings case should have his conviction overturned because DNA tests show someone else from the area was at the scene of the 1960 crime, his lawyer said Thursday.Chester Weger, 84, after he was convicted of killing one of three women found slain in Starved Rock State Park about 100 miles southwest of Chicago.Weger for good behavior in prison but his conviction wasn’t overturned.
