GULFPORT, Miss. -- The American Shrimp Processors Association is suing retired Gulf Coast seafood specialist of Biloxi to recover $3 million that the nonprofit group thinks he stole. Veal, executive director of the association after retiring in 2005 from Mississippi State University, was arrested Thursday by Biloxi police on a charge of felony embezzlement.
