There was in the newspaper on Aug. 23 about the book review process in the St. Tammany Parish Library system and how it cost the library $400 or more per complaint. I find this to be a completely insane process that only a bureaucrat could come up with. The idea that the library needs to go out and buy additional books in order to review what could possibly be questionable material is complete and utter nonsense.
