A North End restaurant owner who last week allegedly shot at a man who lives above Modern Pastry, hitting the window of the Hanover Street bakery, remained at large Monday on charging him with assault to murder.Around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Patrick Mendoza, 54, an owner of Monica’s Trattoria on Prince Street, allegedly opened fire outside the bakery, police said.
