Carlos Ghosn, the Nissan executive-turned-fugitive from Japan, has sued his former company for $1 billion, Lebanese officials revealed Tuesday. Ghosn, 69, accused Nissan and a dozen unnamed individuals of defamation and “fabricating charges” against him. The ambitious lawsuit demands more than 5% of Nissan’s $16 billion market cap value.
