Stocks are ticking higher on Wall Street early Monday ahead of a big week for central banks and interest rates around the world. The Standard & Poor's 500 was 0.3% higher in early trading, coming off its fourth straight winning week. The Dow Jones industrial average was up 116 points, or 0.3%, at 33,992, as of 9:40 a.m. Eastern time, while the Nasdaq composite was 0.5% higher.
