POLAND — Taylor Downs sees the world differently than most of her peers. The Poland Community School student sits at the front of her warmly-lit classroom, close to the blackboard but away from the windows. When the words in her textbooks or on the blackboard are too small for her to make out, she uses a closed-circuit television magnifier – more commonly known as a CCTV – to project the words on a large monitor sitting on her desk.... + full article
