Second plane of migrants lands in Sacramento, Calif. blames Fla.

A private plane carrying 20 migrants landed in California on Monday, the second to arrive in the past few days with no notice. California officials said Florida did it. Florida did not immediately answer the Daily News’s request for comment, and neither did the contractor that allegedly helped arrange the flights, Vertol Systems Co.
