Letizia Tagliafierro, former NY inspector general, dies at 50

Letizia Tagliafierro, a former New York state inspector general who led investigations into sexual harassment in Albany and grift in the state university system, died Tuesday at home in upstate Saugerties. She was 50. The cause was cancer, said Rich Azzopardi, a spokesman for former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
