DEA issues dire warning on fentanyl mixed with flesh-eating tranquilizer

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) warned that there has been a sharp uptick in the amount of fentanyl containing a powerful tranquilizer that may lead to amputation and increases the chance of death for users of the drug.According to a release on Monday, the DEA has found fentanyl mixed with xylazine, also known as Tranq, in 48 out of 50 states, and in 2022, around 23 percent of fentanyl powder and 7 percent of fentanyl pills seized... + full article
