A Central Florida man is $5 million richer after winning the a Monopoly-themed scratch-off game from the Florida Lottery. Kevin Heald, of Mount Dora, claimed the prize playing the Monopoly Doubler Scratch-Off game and chose the one-time lump sum of nearly $4 million, according to a press release.
