LOS ANGELES (CNS) -- The criminal case against a former UCLA campus gynecologist accused of sexually abusing seven female patients was placed in the hands of a jury Wednesday.The panel -- which spent about 1 1/2 hours discussing the case against James Mason Heaps -- is due back Thursday morning to resume its deliberations.In her rebuttal argument Wednesday, Deputy District Attorney Rosa Zavala told jurors that Heaps capitalized on the... + full article
