Making myself eat a real lunch has been a struggle.Now that I work from home most of the time, I have leftovers for lunch every day. While I do love leftovers, I get a bit tired of it when I’m having them for lunch and dinner sometimes.I decided to start making myself a couple lunch options that are just that — lunch for me only.
